The True STA1H-2HG is a Spec Series® reach-in mobile heated cabinet with two Dutch doors made of low-e, double-pane glass. The doors will automatically close if left open less than 120 degrees, but they can stay open beyond 120 degrees to facilitate loading and unloading. Magnetic gaskets create an airtight seal in the door frame and are removable without the need for tools. The doors feature metal handles for a comfortable grip and bolt-style locks for security. Inside the cabinet, three chrome-plated wire shelves hold the product.

This mobile heated cabinet is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, providing resistance to corrosion and dents. It is designed to maintain baked and cooked food at a warm temperature within the range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The walls are insulated with Ecomate, a polyurethane foam. The cabinet is equipped with a stainless steel heating element that evenly distributes heat, and low-velocity fans ensure consistent circulation of warm air. Users can manually control humidity by opening and closing a vent on the top of the cabinet. The external temperature display can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
