The True Refrigeration STG1H-2HG is a robust heated cabinet designed to keep your cooked and baked foods at safe and consistent temperatures. Its stainless steel front and corrosion-resistant aluminum sides provide durability, while the self-closing half doors, made of double-pane, thermal-insulated glass, enhance visibility and convenience. These doors also stay open past 120 degrees for easy loading and unloading.

Inside the cabinet, you'll find an aluminum back and side walls, along with a stainless steel floor and ceiling. The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures excellent heat retention. The external display can show temperatures in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, with a range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless steel heating element delivers uniform electric heat, and low-velocity fans ensure even heat distribution for consistent results. While the heating system is controlled by an on/off switch and an exterior electronic temperature control, humidity adjustments are made manually through a top-mounted vent.
