The True STR2HRI-2S Spec Series® insulated roll-in heated cabinet is designed to accommodate two 27-inch-wide by 29-inch-deep by 66-inch-tall racks, facilitating easy roll-in and roll-out on ramps. To protect the cabinet walls from potential damage, interior bumpers are in place. Inside, incandescent lighting enhances visibility, and each section can be accessed through a stainless steel door. These doors are self-closing to retain heat but also feature a stay-open mechanism for convenience when loading or unloading racks.

This heated cabinet utilizes a stainless steel heating element and low-velocity fans to ensure even heat distribution throughout the unit. Operators have the flexibility to set the temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit using the electronic control, ensuring that warm food is maintained at a safe temperature. Temperature monitoring is made easy with the exterior display. Additionally, operators can manually control the top-mounted vent to release steam as needed, and for increased humidity, a 12-inch by 20-inch water pan can be utilized.
